Corn Bread

Onion - 1 small 
Green Pepper - 1 diced
Jalapeño - 1 seeded and diced
I used only onion this time you can try various combination of veegies.These are the gud options I suggest.

Wet ingredients :
Buttermilk - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Cheese (I used sharp cheddar,other gud options  monterrey jack,pepper jack) - 1 cups
Oil - 1/4 cup

Dry Ingredients:
Cornmeal - 2 cups 
Flour - 1 cup
Baking pd - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp 
Baking soda - 1 tsp


1.Use cast iron skillet or any oven proof skillet to saute veggies in butter to get a crisp bottom.But if you don't have oven proof skillet saute veggies in pan and layer it on the base of baking pan you use.
2.Preheat oven to 425 degree. 
3. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients seperate amd keep it ready.
4. Once veggies are sauteed mix dry and wet ingredients and pour it immediately on top of veggies and place it in preheated oven middle rack and bake for 20 to 25 min. Or until top is bubbly and golden brown.
5.Let it cool down. Completely and then make a cut .
