Carrot Halwa

Ingredients :

Carrot Shreaded - 6 cups
Milk - 2 cups 
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom pods - 3
Ghee - 1/4 cup 
Milk mava powder or Koya - 4 tbsp

1.Cook carrot along with sugar and cardamom pods in Milk.(I user pressure cooker first then to make it dry I used open pot)
2.Once carrot is Cooked and raw smell is gone keep stirring uncovered till all liquid is evaporated and it becomes dry.
3.The add ghee because it may stick at this point.
4.Now keep stirring till it don't stick and the start to release ghee out.
5.Now add Milk mava or Koya and keep stirring for 5 min and switch off the flame.

6.Serve hot or cold.
