Ingredients :

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Water - 4 cup
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Cardamom pd - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Cashews - 3 tbsp
Raisins - 3 tbsp
Coconut oil  - 1/4 cup
Red color - a pinch

Method:

1.Roast cashews and raisins in a tsp of ghee and keep it aside.
2.Mix flour and water with a whisk to a fine liquidy  paste.Add extra cup of water if needed. It needs to be liquidy and cooked slowly in medium flame then only the raw taste of wheat flour will go away.
This is time consuming process , don't rush it up by adding less water and cook faster in high  flame ,then you will feel the raw wheat taste in halwa.
3.Keep stirring continuously in slow flame,to avoid lumps.
4.Once the batter becomes little thick add ghee and coconut oil and keep stirring.
You have to stir this for more than 20 min for that to cook thoroughly.
5.Once it's thickened add sugar, cardamom pd and color and mix well and keep stirring. I Used hald powdered sugar and half raw sugar ,you can just add the one you have.
6.Keep stirring till all the oil cones out and the halwa should be translucent.
This may take extra 20 min. Then add color.Keep stirring till the halwa forms in to a ball and easily leaves the kadai and all oil starts to come out.

7.Then finally add cashews and raisins and mix well.
Put it in a greased tray and let it cool to set.
Slice it and Serve it.
