Jeera Aloo Gobi


Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 2 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp crushed
Curry Leaf - 1 sprig
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
Chilly Pd - 1 tsp
Gobi / cauliflower - 1 medium Steamed
Potato  - 1 boiled and cubed
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup chopped finely
Ajwain pd - 1/2 tsp For Garnishing
Amchur Pd - 1/2 tsp For Garnishing


1.Take a wok and add oil and add cumin seeds saute it a min,then add crushed coriander and curry leaf.
2.Then add turmeric pd, chilly pd and salt along with hing.Saute it a min.
3.Then add boiled potato and cauliflower and give it a mix.
4.Garnish with coriander leaves.
5.Add lemon juice and give it a mix and switch off the flame.Finally Garnish with Ajwain and amchur pd and mix.
Jeera Aloo Gopi is Ready To serve with Hot Roti or Naan
