Ingredients:


Mixed Stir fry vegetable - 1/2 lb
Flavoured Tofu - 1 pkg, use this kind of tofu as most of its water is extracted by pressing it,its giving a chewy and intense texture and flavour.You can buy this in any chinese or korean grocery.It will look like this as its tightly air packed to preserve the flavour.
SoySauce Low Sodium - 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce - 3 tbsp
Black Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt And Red Pepper as needed
Asian Ginger Sauce - 2tbsp
Sesame Seeds - 2 tbsp or more
Toasted Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp
Oil - Preferably peanut or canola oil to get asian flavour but i used coconut oil which i prefer in any of my dish
Nuts for garnishing.

Method:

1.In a wok once its extremely smoking hot add oil,then the vegetables and stir fry a min and cover and cook for 10 min add 2 tbsp of water for the vegetables to steam(if using fresh).But if you are using frozen stir fry dont have to cover and cook ,just stir fry in oil as its already soft.
2.Mix all the sauces in a bowl and Then add all the sauces together to the vegetable and give it a stir.
3.Then add the tofu and give a stir and let it cook for 2 min,then do a taste check and add any if needed.
4.Add sesame seeds at the end along with toasted sesame oil and mix and remove from flame.Add any nuts like almonds ,peanuts or cashews if desired.
