Raagi (Finger Millet) Dosa


Ragi Flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Rava - 2 tbsp or Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Coconut Shredded - 3 tbsp or more as needed
Sesame Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Water - as needed


Chopped Green Chillies
Chopped Onions
Chopped Coriander leaves
Shredded carrot


Mix all the ingredients and make a batter equal to the dosa batter and make dosa with sesame oil.
Cool down dosa griddle between each dosa by showing the griddle in cold water to make a smooth round dosa.
Serve hot with Coriander Chutney
