Chicken Dhal & Rice Soup

So this is the recipe i made for my kids luncheon.I want all those kids to get the wholegrains, fibre and nutrients and protein from a single dish.So i decided to make this dish like a gumbo.
For protein this dish has chicken and dal,but if you are a vegetarian just go with dal and leave chicken out or you can also add soya nuggets for extra texture.
For nutrients and fibre this dish has lots of tomatoes , spinach and coriander leaves. And for the whole grain i added rice to it.
Its a complete hearty dish and you can put it up faster if  you have all ingredients cooked and ready.
So if you are trying to find a dish which is healthy at the same time easy to make try this recipe ,you will definitely like the taste.
