Perfectly Poached Moist Chicken Breast

Poaching Chicken Breast is good as its an oil free cooking process and this can be stored in refrigerator for adding to soups,tacos,salads.
But the problem we face sometimes is these poached chicken breasts can tend to become dry and less juicy,this can happen by overcooking the breasts.So here is an error free method to get a juicy ,tender chicken breast.

Chicken Breast
Onion - 1/2
Ginger Garlic Paste , herbs (optional)
SAlt -1/2 tsp


Take Chicken Breast in a pan and fill it with water with 1 inch above it to cover.Then put it in stove and bring it to one rapid boil,then put the flame in lowest setting and cover and boil for 8 min.
then switch off flame and remove pan from heat and let that breast along with liquid covered rest for 10 min.
Then remove breast and shread it with fork.You can leave the breast in water and leave it in refrigerator to store ,storing it in water keeps it moist.
For flavour i added 1/2 onion and a tsp of ginger and garlic paste with 1/2  tsp salt to the liquid,You can add any herbs or spices to your preference.
