CoconutMilk chia Pudding is one of my favorite dessert .ITs healthy and guilt free dessert and you can put everything together in a jiff and put in refrigerator for few hours to get a creamy pudding.

Ingredients:


Chia Seeds - 3 tbsp
Coconut Milk -14 oz can
Dates Syrup - 2 tbsp or as needed
flax meal (optional) - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp ( optional),also can use cardamom pd,cinnamon pd for different flavours.

Method:

Mix all and put it in refrigerator for 4 hrs or even overnights
Serve chill.
