Crispy Wheat Dosa

Normally if you think about wheat dosa all you remember is how shabby and soft it will be.But what if there is way to make your wheat dosa crispier and crunchier , the secret ingredients is rava.If you add a little bit of rava to your wheat batter the dosas will come out crispier , but be careful don't add too much rava it may become extremely crispier and difficult to swirl dosa batter on tawa, a little rava will do.
So no more shabby , flabby wheat dosas anymore enjoy it daily with crispier texture and the taste is totally different from regular wheat dosa in a positive way with a little bit of rava addition. Try this you will love it.


Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Rava/sooji - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 4 chopped finely
Coconut shredded - 4 tbsp
Salt - as needed
Water - to make the batter
Oil - to make dosa

Method :

1.Mix all ingredients with water except oil to make a dosa batter .
2.Grease the tawa and heat it to medium low heat and make dosas as you regularly make dosas.
3.Spray oil on top before you flip the dosa and cook on other side.
4.Serve hot with chutney or sambar or podi.
