Chicken Parm With Grilled Tomato Sauce(With lowest calorie you could ever make)

Ingredients:

Chicken cutlets - 4 ,Cut breasts in to halves horizontally to get cutlets
Italian Peeled Tomatoes with sauce - 1 big Can, 2 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese - 4 ounce,each slice 1 oz for each cutlets
Egg Whites - 1 1/2 tbsp  or use 1 whole egg
Panko Bread Crumbs - 1/3 cup
Parmesan Cheese - 2 1/3 tbsp
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Salt
Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes

Method:

1.In a baking tray add all the tomatoes with salt and pepper and broil in high for 15 min or untill it forms a dark charred crust on its top
2.In the mean time ,In two separate bowls take Bread crumbs and  egg beaten.To them for flavour add salt ,pepper and red pepper flakes.To the bread crumb bowl add parmesan cheese and mix them all.
3.Dip chicken Cutlets in egg mixture first then on the bread crumb mixture to form a even coating.Keep it aside in a plate.


 
4.Take a griddle or tawa and add a 1/2 teaspoon of oil,once its hot then add chicken and grill it on both sides until it is golden brown on both sides and fully cooked in the center.

 5.Slice and keep mozzarella cheese ready.
 6.Place the chicken in the broiled tomato,nuzzle them in the juices and place each chicken with a slice of mozzarella and put in again in oven on broil till the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted.Normally chicken parm is done with tomato sauce ,i just added the grilled tomatoes because they are yummy to slice and eat.




 Serve it on a platter
