Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts - 2,cut into two cutlets each
Mushroom - 2 cups sliced
Onion - 1 cup chopped
Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
Chicken Bouillon Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Flour - 4 tbsp(but we use only 2 tbsp,i took 4 tbsp to coat evenly)
Oil - 1 tsp
Parsley,coriander leaves chopped - 1/4 cup each
Chicken Stock - 1/4 cup
Cooking Wine - 2 tbsp

Method:

1.Take your chicken breast and cut them horizontally to get cutlets.I have four cutlets(from two breasts) in one bowl and mix flour,salt,pepper,red pepper flakes(1/4 tsp each) and spices in another bowl.I used italian seasoning .If you have any other spice you an use that too.Dont add all salt now itself reserve some for sauce .
2.Take one cutlets and dip it in flour on both sides to form a light uniform coating.This will absorb any moisture from chicken and help to brown the chicken when you heat it in tawa rather than steaming.
 3.Keep the coated cutlets in a plate ready to cook.
 4.In a griddle or pan add a teaspoon of oil,i used spray oil so the amount of oil used will be reduced and i used 1 spray only.Add chicken when the oil is hot or it will steam and brown crust won't form.Then turn chicken once the brown crust is formed uniformly and cook on other side.

5.Remove chicken and place it in a clean plate.
 6.In the same pan add some more oil,i used 1 more spray of oil and add onions and mushroom and saute them along with the brown bits left by the chicken.

 7.Add chicken bouillon powder or any seasoning powder you prefer and stir them together to infuse the flavours.
 8.Once the mushrooms and onions are browned ,add 2 tbsp of cooking wine (you can use red or white wine if you prefer).Let it cook for 1 min till the alcohol evaporates.Then add chicken stock (if you don't have stock add water) and let it come to boil .


 9.Add parsley and coriander leaves and give a mix.
 10.Then nuzzle the chicken cutlets into the sauce and let it cook in the sauce till chicken is completely cooked and absorb some of the sauces to it.
 11.Serve it with some steamed Potatoes.
