Ingredients:

Sooji / Semolina /Rava (Fine Variety) - 2 Cups
White Sugar (fine Variety) - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Raisins - 3 tbsp
Crushed Nuts (optional) - 1 tbsp

Method:

1.Roast Semolina in a pan with ghee till it starts to release aroma.Add Cardamom Powder and sugar,Work on very low flame.

 2.Then add 1/4 cup of milk and remove the mixture from stove and mix thoroughly.
 3.At this point add raisins and nuts and mix well.Then let the mixture cool.Usually people try to make rava ladoo faster when its little more than warm by adding hot ghee ,because the sooji will get dry .But here i provide an easy and low calorie version and not to work in hot ladoos.
So as previously told let the mixture gets cool enough to handle ,then sprinkle the remaining milk tsp by tsp and make the mixture moist and form round ladoos easily.Dont over add milk also add little by little in batches and make ladoos and then add again milk and continue the process.
