Ingredients:


Condensed Milk - 6 oz
Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Almond Milk / Regular Milk - 1/4 cup ( I used Almond milk for low calorie)

Method:

1.Mix Milk Powder with milk to a smooth mixture and keep aside.You can also skip this method and directly add powder to ghee and condensed milk mixture on flame and add little milk as if needed but you have keep stirring faster ,as i am making this is small quantity ,i tried this method as the amount of condensed milk is less for me.
 2.Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp ghee and 3 oz of condensed milk,let them mix together.And again work on low flame to prevent burning.
 3.Add milk powder mixture and keep stirring with whisk till the mixture is thickened.Add Cardamom pd in between.


 3.Once the mixture starts leaving pan without sticking ,remove it and keep aside,IF you want a double layer burfi pour into a desired shape plate.

 4.In the same pan add 1/2 tsp of ghee and remaining 3 oz of condensed milk and and cocoa powder and keep stirring and once it starts to leave the pan without sticking remove it and keep aside,and again if you are making double layered burfi .Wait till the first milk layer is set then pour this chocolate layer over it and cut it into desired shape once it's cooled off.

 5.I made into this shape because the quantity i made is very less to spread on a plate.So i made it in this shape.Make small ball of chocholate layer and stuff this into little bigger ball of milk layer and flatten it.
