Ingredients:

Gram Flour / ChickPea Flour - 3 cups
Cardamom Pd - 1 tsp
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 11 oz
Pistachio and almonds crushed - 1 tbsp
Milk -3/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp

Method:

1.Dry Roast Gram Flour with 1/2 tsp of ghee until it starts to release aroma and the raw smell is gone,don't skip this step or you can taste the rawness in the sweet.Then add 4 tbsp of milk and crumble it,i mean crumble should form .Adding milk will help the flour to crumble use a whisk for mixing at this stage.

 2.Then add condensed milk and mix well.Add cardamom Pd too.Keep mixing in very low flame until the mixture starts to leave teh sides of the pan and form into a ball.You can add little milk for if stirring becomes little stiffer.


 3.Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and even the surface with a spatula greased with ghee.Then sprinkle on top with crushed almonds and pistachios .Let it cool and get harden.To make this step faster you can keep this in refrigerator for 20 min.
