Ingredients:


Fried Gram Dal / Pottukadalai - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cups
Cardamom Pd - 1 tsp
Ghee - 7 tbsp
Milk - 2 to 3 tbsp as needed

To make it low calorie ,reduce the amount of ghee and add milk while making ladoos.

Method:

1.Grind Pottukadalai with sugar to a fine powder,take that in a bowl and mix cardamom pd and mix them with a whisk.
2.Heat ghee in a microwave and add to the mixture and mix them well.(you can also reduce the amount of ghee and increase the amount of milk for low calorie.
3.Add little by little of milk by tablespoon till you are able to form a ball.IT will be very delicate ball and will easily break,so dont panic.
4.Form all mixture to ball and serve.Store it in refrigrator.
