Milk Peda

Ingredients:

Sweetened Condensed Milk - 5 oz
Milk Powder / Khoya Powder - 1 cup
Cardamom Pd - 1/2 tsp
Saffron Threads - 5
Hot Milk - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:

1.Crush saffron threads into hot milk and let it sit.
 2.Take a pan add ghee once its starts to melt,add condensed milk and mix them well until both are incorporated.

 4.Then add Milk Powder and cardamom pd ,here to make the stirring easier i would suggest to mix milk powder and cardamom pd smoothly with some extra milk along with the milk saffron mixture and then add the mixture.Stir them well.Keep flame in very low heat as we are working with milk it may burn faster.
I just added first milk powder and added some extra milk while stirring then i added the saffron milk.This was little difficult when mixing as the milk powder didnt mix smoothly.So only i suggest to try above method.


 5.Keep stirring in low heat till the mixture comes together and not any more sticking to the pan.Then switch off the flame and let it cool.
 6.Make some balls and flatten it by pressing on top and give the ball a dimple to place pistachios or any nuts or dried fruits of your choice on it.

 So Enjoy Diwali or Halloween with this milky goodness.
