Ingredients:

Carrot - 2 medium
Raddish thinly sliced - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 medium  chopped
Curry leaf - 1 cup
Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup
Coconut Flakes - 3 tbsp
Sesame Seeds - 2 tbsp
Red Chilly - 1/2 broken , add more for extra spiciness.
Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Salt 
Tamarind Paste - 1 tsp heap
Urad Dhal - 1 tsp

Method:

Take a pan add oil once the pan is hot,then add urad dhal once it turns light brown add red chillies and add carrot ,be careful not to burn urad dhal .
Then add radish and saute them both until their rawness is gone ,then add tomato and saute for 2 min,then add curry leaves and mint leaves and saute it till the leaves become brittle and broke .
Then add coconut flakes and saute a min and finally switch off flame and add sesame seeds and saute it with the residual heat.
Let it cool for some times .
Then add everything in a blender along with salt and tamarind paste and grind it to a fine paste.
Serve it with Dosa or idly.
