Cabbage Dal


Moong Dal - 1/3 cup
Onions - 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 2 cup chopped
Tomato -1 cup , cut
Green Chillies - 1 
Coriander Leaves - for garnishing
Lime Juice -1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds -1/4 tsp


Take a pressure cooker and add onions, cabbage,tomato ,green chillies , turmeric Pd , moong dal and add 1  1/2 cup water  and cook for 5 whistles.
Open cooker when steam is released.
Then make tadka with mustard seeds and cumin seeds and add to Dal and add salt and squeeze lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
cabbage dal is ready to serve with Roti or white rice.
