Carrot Celery Raitha

Yogurt With Shredded Carrot ,Shredded Celery and spices.



Ingredients:


Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Carrot Shredded - 1/4 cup
Celery Shredded - 1/8 cup
Roasted Cumin Pd - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Green Chillies -1 (optional,Sliced)

Method:


Mix all together and let it sit in refrigerator for 15 min before serving.
This goes very well with Biryani's, Roti's, Kabob or any grilled meats.
This can be eaten as a salad if you like to include raw vegetables in your meal.
