This is an interesting and zesty recipe based on mexican favourite Chilli Bean.... Spread it on hot crisp toasts,salted biscuits,crackers or even poories.....This makes an excellent cocktail snack.....

We loved in on toasted bread...its awesome.....



Ingredients:


Soya - 2 cups Boiled with salt ( 1 cup raw)
Rajma - 1 can /  1 1/2 cup cooked
Onion minced - 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp each
Sugar - 1 tsp
Green Chillies minced - 5
Rajma stock - 1 cup ( if canned use the water from can)
Chilli Pd - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Pd - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp

Cumin Pd - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Pd - 1/4 tsp
Ajwain Pd - 1/4 tsp
Oregano crushed leaves dry - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp


For Garnish :

1/4 cup Onion Diced small
1/4  cup Tomato Chopped
1/4 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves


Method:


Take a pan and add a tsp of oil and saute onion,ginger garlic paste,chilly pd and pepper pd....then add rajma stock ,sugar,soya and cook soya in stock well....then add rajma, tomatoes,green chillies ,vinegar and spices and cook for 3 to 5 min until they are all incorporated well......

Then switch off flame and take it off stove....then add all garnishing ingredients and mix well and serve with slightly toasted bread.....
