Instant (Maggi) Noodles With a little Twist
Bored of Plain old Maggi Noodles....oh ya lets make it interesting and colorful with this twist ....
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric pd - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1/2 medium size diced
Peas - 1/2 cup
Edamame - 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1 Diced into very fine pieces
Green Chilly - 3
Maggi Chicken Bouillon - 1 tbsp
Egg - 2
Maggi Noodles - 4
On other side ,
Take a pan ,and heat oil...then add mustard seeds....once it splutter add onions ,salt and turmeric pd....once onions are sauteed well add all veg and cook well....then add chicken bouillon and mix well....then add egg in the middle of pan by moving all veggies to the side and start mixing it well immediately and keep on mixing it 1 min then mix with veggies and keep on sauteing....In this way u get very fine pieces of egg instead of big pieces...
Once the Veggies and noodles are done...mix them all and keep tossing it till all are incorporated well....
Serve hot...
