About Pie:

pie is a baked dish which is usually made of a pastry dough casing that covers or completely contains a filling of various sweet or savoury ingredients.
Pies are defined by their crusts. A filled pie (also single-crust or bottom-crust), has pastry lining the baking dish, and the filling is placed on top of the pastry but left open. A top-crust pie, which may also be called a cobbler, has the filling in the bottom of the dish and is covered with a pastry or other covering before baking. A two-crust pie has the filling completely enclosed in the pastry shell.Flaky pastry is a typical kind of pastry used for pie crusts, but many things can be used, including baking powder biscuitsmashed potatoes, and crumbs.
Pies can be a variety of sizes, ranging from bite-size to ones designed for multiple servings.

Ingredients:

Pumpkin - 2 cups
Condensed milk - 1 can
Eggs -3
Cinnamon- 2 tsp
Ginger pd-1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Pie crust - 1

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degree.
Boil Pumpkin to Soft and filter it and once its cool ,put it in blender with all other ingredients and blend them well.
Prepare the crust by blind baking them with pie weight for 10 min and with our weight for 5 min.
Then pour the blended mixture to pie crust and bake them for 50 to 60 min or till the knife inserted comes out clean.
