A Satisfying and healthy soup, everyone's All Time favorite....



Ingredients:


Mutton leg and liver- 1/2 lb each
Small Pearl onion - 2 cups
Jeera/Cumin Seeds- 3 tbsp
Coriander seeds- 3 tbsp
Pepper corn  -1 tbsp
Turmeric pd- 1 tsp
Water - 5 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp(add only less Salt)

Method:


Ground Onion, jeera, coriander, pepper to a coarse paste....
Pressure cook all the other listed ingredients and ground mixture for 7 to 8 whistles and wait till pressure releases on its own and serve hot.
Add 1 cup extra water if water is reduced and if needed and it's totally optional.
