Urulai Kizhangu /Potato Podimaas
One of the Different types of Potato fry with onion and coconuts......
Onion - 1 sliced
Green Chilly - 7
Coconut flakes - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaf - 1 Sprig
Salt
Place the cut potatoes in a plate and microwave it to 5 min or u can boil the potato and have it half cooked.
Take a pan and add oil and add mustard seeds ,then curry leaf then the onions and green chillies and saute them well then add potatoes and coconut flakes and mix them well by smashing little of the potatoes ...then add salt and mix well ,then its ready to serve.
