A recipe made with Dania pd(coriander pd) and Dania leaves(coriander leaves)....so it's called danival Kurma.

Ingredients:


Bone In Chicken  - 1/2 lb
Onion paste -from 1 medium size(boil onion,then ground to paste)
Oil - 3 tbsp
Fennel pd - 1 tsp
Ginger pd - 1/2 tsp
Coriander pd - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp each
Salt
Curd - 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Black and green cardamom crushed - 1/4 tsp each
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cream - 1 tbsp

Method:

Take a pan add oil and saute onion and let it get Brown,then ginger garlic paste add Chicken saute well then lower flame and add beaten Curd, Fennel pd, ginger pd, coriander pd, salt... saute well then add water, cover and cook till Chicken is cooked thoroughly. ... Add cardamom powders,Then add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves. .... Add a tbsp of cream if you prefer. ...
