Besan Pumpkin Halwa

Besan/Gram flour - 1 cup
Pumpkin - 3 cups
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Slithered Almonds - For garnishing
Take a pan add sugar and water and melt sugar in medium heat.
Once It's melted add swifted Gram flour and mix with a whisk so it won't form lumps.
Once It's mixed and become creamy and good smell of besan is released add ghee and mix well the add Pumpkin and smash them well and blend it thoroughly with besan and keep on stirring till besan won't stick to pan and comes easily from pan.
Pour it in pan.
Garnish it with slithered almonds.
