Chicken in yellow turmeric gravy....



Ingredients:

Bone In Chicken - 1/2 lb
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon - 1 "
Bay leaf - 1
Hing - a pinch
Turmeric Pd - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Pd - 1 tsp
Ginger Pd - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Saffron - a pinch mixed with warm water
Curd - 4 tbsp
Cream - 4 tbsp
Salt

Method:


Take a pan and add oil and add cloves,cinnamon,bay leaf and then hing and turmeric pd...then add chicken and saute till it gets brown on the sides...then add 1/2 cup water ,fennel pd,ginger pd,garam masala and mix well.....lower the flame then add curd and mix and then increase flame and cover and cook till chicken is tender and cooked through....then add cream and let it cook for 5 min...finally add the saffron mixed with little bit warm water....

Serve hot with chapati......
