Actually the name is kurma but it is a dry one....i dunno why kashmiris named it kurma.....
What ever the name is...i loved it...one of the best recipe of all kashmiri recipes i tried....



Ingredients:


Bone in Chicken -1/2 lb
Onion - 1 big ,very finely chopped
Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp each
Cloves - 2
Green Cardamom - 3
Black Cardamom - 2
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1 "
Kashmiri Chilly Paste - 3 tbsp
Fennel Pd - 1 tsp
Ginger Pd - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
salt

Method:

Soak the Whole Kashmiri chilly in warm water and then grind it to fine paste.

Take a pan and add oil ,to this add cloves,bay leaf,cinnamon,then onions and saute them well,then the chicken and saute till tis brown,then add chilli paste ,salt ,fennel Pd , Ginger Pd.
Then add water and cook till chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Then increase the flame and wait till all water evaporates and let it become dry.
Add a tsp of lemon juice .
Add a tbsp of oil and saute till its completely crispy and dry finally add garam masala and serve hot with chapati.
