Arvi Roast / Seppangkizhangu Roast

I luv it more than potato fry....suits sambar really well


Ingredients:


Arvi - 1/2 kg
Chilly pd - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 1 sprig
water - 1/4 cup

Method:


Cut arvi to dices....take a pan add oil once its hot add mustard seeds....once they splutter add curry leaf and arvi...along with chilly pd ...
Saute till they are half cooked ...add water to help it cook faster and add salt....then saute it till it gets crispier.....
