Again a healthy and different yet tasty version of cutlet....


Ingredients:


Soya - 3 cups (boiled with salt and drained ) which is, 1 1/2 cup raw Soya
Grated potato (water Squeezed)- 1/2 cup
Grated Carrot (water squeezed)- 1/2 cup
Oil -  2 tbsp
Chilli Pd - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Pd - 1/2 tsp
Cloves Pd - a Pinch
Cinnamon Pd - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Pd / Mustard Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Flour - 2 tbsp
Bread - 4 Slices
Egg - 1
Milk - 3/4 cup
Oil - for Frying
Bread Crumbs - 1/4 cup

Method:


Saute Potato and carrot in Oil and add Boiled soya(cut it in to small Pieces),
Then add all spices and saute well ,then add flour and saute till the raw smell of the flour goes away....then add milk and let it cook and becomes dry....Then let it cool...finally dip bread slices in water and squeeze out the water and add to the made mixture ,then add egg and and mix well....

Then mould the dough above into roundels and place it aside...

Heat oil in flat pan/tawa for shallow frying....once its medium hot....make roundels into patties and dip in bread crumbs and place it in oil and fry on both sides till both sides are golden brown...drain oil and and place it a parchment paper in oven tray...fry all patties and place it in tray....


Once you are ready to eat preheat oven to 175 degree....and place the tray in oven for 30 min for reheating purpose....

Enjoy the patty with onion and chilly with some tomato sauce....
