Ingredients:
Chicken Thighs - 11 ounze
Carrot - 1 medium
RedPepper - 1 cup sliced
Onion - 1 cup sliced
Broccoli Florets - 1 cup
Green Onions - 1 stalk
Thai Green Curry Paste - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Toasted Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds - for garnishing
Method:
In a bowl mix soysauce ,oyster sauce ,vinegar and brown sugar.
Take a wok and preheat it to high temp,then add oil and add chicken and saute it a min,add thai green curry paste and saute it well with chicken to make the raw smell of the paste goes away.
Then add carrot and saute it a min.
Then add onions,peppers and let it get roasted.Then add broccoli until it turns to bright green color,Then add the sauce mixture we made and mix everything together .
Finally add green onions and transfer to a serving bowl.
Now add toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds for garnishing and flavour.
