Well this recipe has no oil apart from whatever natural oil from lean turkey. This is made more healthy by adding peas and spinach and lots of corainder leaves.
I did add some bell peppers (capsicum) too for extra nutrition.
Try this recipe with whatever ground meat you desire ,i went with turkey as its lean compared to other meat.
This goes well with naan ,roti or as a sandwich too.

Ingredients:

Ground Meat ( i used turkey) - 1/2 lb
Onion chopped -1 small
Peas - 1 cup frozen
Spinach chopped - 2 cups
Bell peppers - 1/4 cup chopped
Tomato Paste - 3 tbsp
Coriander LEaves and mint leaves - 1/4 cup each chopped
SAlt - as needed
Turmeric pd - 1/4 tsp
Coriander pd - 1 tsp
Cumin Pd - 1 tsp
Chilly Pd -1 tsp
Fenugreek Pd - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp

Method:

1.Take a pan and add onions and ground meat, then switch on the flame and start sauteing and mixing it for a better uniform crumbelisation.
Or you can just take ground meat and mix it with water (1 cup meat to 1 cup water ratio) to a creamy state and then add to hot pan ,this will also reduce lumps and gives a uniform crumbelisation.

2.Once the yare crumbled and onion is cooked ,add salt, ginger garlic paste, chilly pd, turmeric pd, coriander pd, cumin pd and continue stirring till the spices are cooked along with meat.Add water if needed and cover and cook till the meat is completely done.
3.Now remove lid and add chopped bell peppers and spinach and saute them.

4.Now add Garam Masala and mix well.
5.Then add frozen peas or boiled peas at this stage and cover and cook a minute for the peas to get tender.
6.Now after everything is cooked add tomato paste and cook it for few minutes until all is incorporated.
7.Finally add some crushed fenugreek leaves for some extra flavor and mix well.
8.Finally do a taste check and adjust seasoning as needed and garnish with lot of coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well.
