Healthy Coleslaw

So another way to finish your cabbage.This salad recipe is one of my fav.This is quick and tasty one too.Usually coleslaw is made from mayo ,milk and sugar.I made this healthier by substituting mayo with greek yogurt and just add a tbsp of mayo to give the flavor.You wont feel any difference in taste but it is healthier.
You can add shredded carrots,spring onions even bell peppers to the coleslaw if you prefer.
Adding dry fruits and nuts will give some more extra flavour.Have it as a salad,or use as a sandwich or make a bowl or wrap with this coleslaw you will love it.

Ingredients:


Cabbage Shreaded - 4 cups
Mayo - 1 tbsp
Greek Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Dijon Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Pepper - a pinch
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp 
Raisins - To garnish

Method:


Mix all ingredients except cabbage to a smooth paste and keep it ready.Add shreaded cabbage and mix well.
Keep in refrigerator for 3 hrs before serving.
