Indo - Chinese Sichuan Fried Rice
If you are wondering which is Quick easy tasty rice recipe , then Indo - Chinese is one of the good option. Not a lot of ingredients are needed and not too much preparation too, just put whatever veggies and meats (optional) available in your fridge and toss then together with some fluffy basmati rice and soy sauce steamy tasty fried rice is ready. If you try any other fried rice from Chinese restaurant it may taste totally different from Indo-Chinese fried rice.Indo-Chinese fried rice doesn't use a lot of oil and condiment sauces(with salt and sugar) like chinese fried rice so it's very healthy and calorie less option too.So here is my version of Fried rice , i like eggs in my fried rice so i did add some fried eggs and I used egg whites seperately to increase the amount of eggs but you can try this also with meat like chicken, shrimp, beef or even go vegetarian with meatless it will taste better.
