This is called MileHighChili because 'Mile High ' check-in is a term used in my hubby's workplace where when a change is made on two different levels of components submitted as one check-in ,usually one is done first and then the second.Similarly i made two different recipes like haleem and chilli and mixed it together into one recipe.
This is a fusion of indian and tex-mex recipe. To create it first you have to make haleem and chili seperately and mix them together with equal proportion or to proportion you like and to blend them together add some more ingredients and for finale top it with a unusual mixture of shreaded cheese and fried onions.

Ingredients:

All ingredients from haleem
All ingredients from chili
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Lime /Lemon juice - 1/8 to 1/4 cup
Fried onion - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped very finely
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup chopped very finely
Cheese - as needed

Method:

1.Make haleem recipe, make chili recipe, then mix  equal quantity of haleem and chili.

3.Chop coriander leaves and mint leaves finely and add them and mix.
4.Add lemon juice and give a stir to blend all the flavours.
5.Garnish with cheese and fried onions on the top.
6.Serve in a bowl by topping it with tortillas chips and some more cheese, or have it as a side dish for roti or have it as is as a soup.
