Today i made some oats rava idly and to accompany it i was looking what chutney to make.As I was wandering into my fridge I had some left over mint leaves and coriander leaves and today I plucked some curry leaf from my garden, so with intent to use all these i made this chutney with no tadka , which means no extra unwanted fat from oil and simple to digest too.It tasted very much delightful with the idly too with its simple , fresh, tangy flavour. So here's the recipe....

Ingredients :

Mint - 10 leaves
Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Curry leaf -1 sprig
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Salt - as needed
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Method:

Grind all leaves with yogurt and salt to fine paste.
Then add lemon juice and mix and serve.
