Ingredients:
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Broccoli - 13 oz
Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
Onion -4 cups sliced thinly
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 to 3 slit
Tomatoes - 3 sliced
Chilly Pd - 1 to 2 tsp
Water - 1/ 4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
Onion -4 cups sliced thinly
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 to 3 slit
Tomatoes - 3 sliced
Chilly Pd - 1 to 2 tsp
Water - 1/ 4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Method:
Steam Broccoli until they turn bright green and keep them aside.
- Take a kadai add 2 tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds,Once they splutter add onions , turmeric pd ,salt ,green chillies , fennel seeds and saute very well till the onions are slightly crisp.
- Add Tomatoes and saute for a min.
- Add Chilly Pd and add 1/4 cup water and saute well.
- Then add broccoli and saute it.
- Cover and cook for few minutes until all is incorporated.
- Then open lid and add 1/2 tbsp of oil and roast it till all water is evaporated and its little roasted.
- Add lime juice and mix well for blending of flavours
- Serve hot.
