Croissant with Sweet Potato Stuffing

Ingredients:
SweetPotato Mashed - 4 ozRawSugar / Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp
Croissant - 1 roll ,premade , makes 8 nos
Method:
Preheat Oven to 375 degree or do it according to the package instruction of your croissant.Unwind Croissant and keep them flat.
Blend together SweetPotato and RawSugar.
Place SweetPotato on wide portion of triangle and roll it towards the narrow end.
Place it in a ungreased baking sheet .
Give a egg wash on top of croissant ( 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk beaten together - brush it on top of croissant to give a golden color on top) , ( just milk brushing also helps in forming golden color) and bake for 11 to 12 min.
Let it cool on a cooling rack and serve warm.
