Yetham Pazhamum Thengai Paalum

This is one of the famous recipe's from kerala.
Yetham Pazham / Nendhiram Pazham is a very healthy banana of all types available.
This is more filling too.
There are variety of recipe's using this pazham like pazham pori , Pazham fried in ghee , vathal , upperi , and this recipe which i am going to share.
Its quite easy to make too.


Yetham Pazham - 1 big
COconut Milk Thick - 1/4 cup dilute it with 1 cup water
For Sweetness add jaggery /karupatti/sugar as like your preference, i used jaggery.
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp

You don't have to add sweetness too if you want to have low caloric value


Cut banana to circles and put it in a pot and add coconut milk water and let it come to boil and let the banana gets cooked.
Then add CArdamom Powder and jaggery,switch off flame and let it sit for 20 min before serving.

Have it as is or you can have it with puttu too.
