Ingredients:

This is the quick payasam you can make .All you need is three things .
1.Instant Semiya Payasam Mix -1 pkt
2.Instant Madam Drink Mix - - 100 gms(1/2 pkt)
3.4 to 5 cups of milk

For Garnishing:

Some Almonds and kesar

Method:

Take a pan and add milk and let it get hot ,then add semiya payasam mix and keep on stirring and when you see its all cooked add badam mix and keep stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps.
This is best to add as this is less caloric than sugar but its sweeter than sugar and with good benefits of almonds too.
Then remove and pour it in a serving bowl and garnish with badam bits and kesar strands.
