For 1.5 Oz:
JackFruit Seeds - 400 gms,Cleaned and cut into halves
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
Chilly Pd - 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Curry LEaf - 1 sprig
Take a pan add 1/2 tbsp oil,once its hot add mustard seeds ,curry leaf .Once mustard seeds splutter add jackfruit seeds and turmeric pd,chilyl pd,salt and cover and let it cook.You can sprinkle some water to help cook the seeds.
Once they are cooked remove lid and add remaining oil and make it crisp in open flame .More crisp more tastier it is.
