Ingredients:


Shrimp - deveined and peeled - 3 cups
Chilly Pd - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
Salt
Cornstarch - 2 tsp
Ajinomoto / MSG - 1 tsp
Lime juice -1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Curry leaf - 1 sprig
Green Chilly - 5 slit
Oil - for frying

Method:

Mix all ingredients and let it marinade for 30 min minimum...
Heat oil to medium...then fry curry leaf and chillies to give flavour to the oil...then fry shrimp till its cooked and crisp...
Serve hot with lemon wedges....




Tips:


1.You can also saute with few teaspoons of oil,if you dont like deep frying.ITs takes times to get crispy,but it will get crispy.
