Kothu Chapathi / Scrambled Chapati





Ingredients:


Left over chappathi - 5 cut into bite size pieces
Onion - 1 small size sliced thinly
Green Chillies - 5 slit lengthwise
Tomatoes - 2 small chopped finely
Capsicum - 1/2 cut into lengthwise
salt
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves -3 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 1 sprig

Method:

1.Take a pan add oil and add mustard seeds once it splutters add curry leaf...
2.Then add onions,green chillies then saute them till its translucent....
3.Then add turmeric and saute well...
4.Then add garam masala and add little water to help cook garam masala...
5.Then add salt...now add chappathi and saute well till it becomes crispy...
6.Add oil if necessary to make it crispy....
7.Once its done now add capsicum and give a stir for 1 or 2 min ...
8.Capsicum should be crisp it should not become soft...then garnish with coriander leaf and serve hot....
