Tried my own concoction of items and surprisingly this is the best pizza I ever tried. ...
I bought the pizza base other than that..
The white Alfredo sauce I used is also from scratch. ...it's so simple can be easily made if u have milk at home. ...

About Pizza:Pizza is an oven-baked, flat, round bread typically topped with a tomato saucecheese and various toppings. The modern pizza was invented in Naples, Italy, and the dish has since become popular in many parts of the world. An establishment that makes and sells pizzas is called a "pizzeria". Many varieties of pizza exist worldwide, along with several dish variants based upon pizza. Pizza is cooked in various types of ovens, and a diverse variety of ingredients and toppings are utilized. In 2009, upon Italy's request, Neapolitan pizza was safeguarded in the European Union as a Traditional Speciality Guaranteed dish.

In restaurants, pizza can be baked in an oven with stone bricks above the heat source, an electric deck oven, a conveyor belt oven or, in the case of more expensive restaurants, a wood- or coal-fired brick oven. On deck ovens, the pizza can be slid into the oven on a long paddle, called a peel, and baked directly on the hot bricks or baked on a screen (a round metal grate, typically aluminum). When made at home, it can be baked on a pizza stone in a regular oven to reproduce the effect of a brick oven. Another option is grilled pizza, in which the crust is baked directly on a barbecue grill. Greek pizza, like Chicago-style pizza, is baked in a pan rather than directly on the bricks of the pizza oven.

The bottom of the pizza, called the "crust", may vary widely according to style—thin as in a typical hand-tossed pizza or Roman pizza, or thick as in a typical pan pizza or Chicago-style pizza. It is traditionally plain, but may also be seasoned with garlic or herbs, or stuffed with cheese. The outer edge of the pizza is sometimes referred to as the cornicione.


The original pizza use only mozzarella, the highest quality ones the buffalo mozzarella variant, produced in the surroundings of Neaples. Other kind of cheese can be used for creative alternative receipts (provolonepecorino romanoricottascamorza and many others), including processed cheeses for mass-market pizzas manufactured to produce preferable qualities like browning, melting, stretchiness and fat and moisture content. Many studies and experiments have analyzed the impact of vegetable oil, manufacturing and culture processes, denatured whey proteins and other changes to creating the ideal and economical pizza cheese. In 1997 it was estimated that annual production of pizza cheese was 2 billion pounds in the U.S. and 200 million pounds in Europe.


Myriad toppings are used on pizzas, including, but not limited to:

There are two types of sauce used in pizza, Alfredo (white sauce) , Marinara (Red Sauce).I Like Alfredo sauce better than Marinara.
Here I prepared my own alfredo sauce.


Pizza Base - 1 med size
Olive oil - 1 tsp

For Topping:

Onions Sliced  - 1/4 cup
Pineapple diced - 1/2 cup
Spinach - 1/2 cup
Kalamata Olive - 10 halved
Jalapeno Picked - 2 tbsp diced
Chipotle Chilly diced - 2 tbsp ( My fav, but be careful this is extremely hot)
Sun dried Tomato - 1 tbsp diced
Mozerella Cheese shreaded - 1/2 to 1 cup,according to preference

To make Alfredo Sauce:

Chicken breast Diced / Beef / Or combination of both - 1 cup
Chicken Bullion - 2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Cream Cheese ( optional) - 1 tbsp ( i used Jalapeno Cream Cheese)
Flour - 1 tbsp
Italian Seasoning - 1/4 tsp


1.Preheat the oven to 450 degree.
2.Take a pan and add oil and add chicken .

3.Once its half done add chicken bullion and give a mix and let chicken cook fully.

4.Once the chicken is fully done ,add flour and fry the flour in oil to get rid of the raw smell.This flour helps in thickening the sauce.

5.Then add milk and stir ,so lumps are there...then add italian seasoning and mix well.Let it come to boil.

6.Now add Cream Cheese.This is totally optional , you can omit this step if u don't have cream cheese.

7.Keep Stirring untill sauce thickens ,do a taste check and adjust seasoning.

8.Place the Pizza base in a pizza stone(if u have one) , or place it in a lined baking tray.Spray on top of it with oil.

9.Now the fun part,layering the topping according to your preference.
I found that adding a layer of cheese before u add the topping helps it to stick well.But if u dont add it wont fall apart also.So its totally preference and optional.

15.Finally top with a layer of cheese.

16.Reduce Oven Temp To 425 degree and put the pizza in the middle rack for 10 min to 15 min.
 17.Serve hot with Parmesan Cheese and Red Chilly Flakes(as if heat is not enough from chipotle chillies)
