Vadai with ground meat...




Ingredients:


Ground meat - 1 lb
Onion - 1 small onion ( chopped finely)
Green Chillies - 5 chopped finely
Curry Leaf - chopped Finely
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Chilly Powder - 2 tsp
Salt
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaf - 4 tbsp chopped finely
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp each
Oil - for frying

Method:


1.Grind everything except curry leaf and coriander leaf without too much water in a blender and make a thick paste,so u are able to make a dumpling.

2.Heat oil to medium hot then make dumplings and put them in oil and check the temp it should be medium heat....then only the dumpling with get cook from inside out.

3.serve hot....

In Oven:

1.Put oven in broil.

2.Make dumplings and place it in lined and greased oven tray

3.Put it in middle rack of oven and let it cook ,it may take at-least 15 to 20 min...serve hot
