Chicken Potato Masala Curry

Goes well with chappathi



Ingredients:

Bone In Chicken - 1/2 lb
Potato - 3 cut into cubes
Onion - 1 small size sliced
Tomato - 1 medium size diced
Oil  - 2 tbsp
cloves - 3
Cinnamon - 1"
Cardamom - 3
Bay leaf - 1
Star Anise - 1
Green Chillies - 3 slit
Chilly Pd - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Pd - 1 tsp
salt
Coriander Leaf - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Curry Leaf - 1 sprig

Method:

1.Cook chicken with ginger garlic paste...and keep aside
2.Take a pan and add oil, ,then add whole spices then add onions.green chillies,turmeric pd,curry leaf and saute well till its translucent.
3.Then add tomatoes and saute well.
4.Then add chilly pd,garam masala,salt.
5.Then add potatoes and cook well by adding some water .
6.Once its 80% cooked add chicken and cook all together well to blend them.
7.Finally garnish with coriander leaf.
