Seekh Kabob ( Kashmiri Recipe) With Coriander Yogurt
A simple all time famous kabob....The name seekh kabob came from the seekh (skewer) used to make kabob.
Prepared with minced meat with spices and grilled on skewers. It is cooked in a Tandoor, and is often served with chutneys or mint sauce. It is often included in tandoori sampler platters, which contain a variety of tandoor cooked dishes. Ground meat -1 lb
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp each
Onion - 1 medium size finely chopped
Green chillies -6 finely chopped
Curry leaf -1 sprig finely chopped
Coriander leaf - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Chilly pd - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander pd - 2 tsp
Cumin pd - 1 tsp
