NorthIndian Gravy With Grilled Panner And Veg With Spices....
For Panner and veggies :
Mix below all and Make 2 Batches:(one for paneer and another for veggies)
Thick Yogurt (Greek Yogurt) - 5 tbsp
Chilly Pd - 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp
Amchoor/Dry Mango Pd - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Paneer - 14 Oz
Tomato Seeded - 1
Capsicum diced - 1/2
Onion Diced - 1/4
Method:1.Mix above all and add paneer in one batch and mix and keep it aside
2.And Do for veggies the same ,mix and keep it aside.
3.Grill them in batches in a frill until veggies and panner are grilled properly on all sides.
4.Keep it aside.
Oil / butter - 1 tbsp
Shah Jeera / Black Cumin - 2 tsp
Onions - 1 mediun size sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp each
Flour - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 3 medium, pureed
Coriander pd - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Pd - 2 tsp
Cumin pd - 1/4 tsp
Chilly Pd - 11/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
1.Take a pan and add oil,once its hot add shah jeera.
2.Add onions and saute well.Then add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
3.Then add turmeric pd and flour and saute well till flour is completely cooked.(Adding flour helps in making gravy thicker,but saute it completely well to get rid of the raw smell)
4.Then add tomato puree and keep sauteing.
5.Then add chilly pd , coriander pd , cumin pd and 1/2 cup of water and saute till masalas are completely cooked.
6.Add grilled veggies and paneer and mix well.
7.Do a taste check and Add salt.
8.Then add garam masala and mix well.
9.Garnish with coriander leaves.
You can add cream to make it richer,if adding cream add it at the end before garnishing.
