Bone less Chicken Thighs - 1 lb or 1/2 kg
Meat tenderiser - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1/2 lb
Cinnamon Stick - 1/2
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 3
DryRedchilly - 20 no
Garlic Pods - 6
Salt - 1/2 tsp
RedColor - 1 pinch
Oil - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaf - 1/4 cup
Soak DryRedChilly in hot water for 20 min and grind it to a fine paste.
Dry Roast Spices and grind it to fine paste along with Garlic and soaked red chilly .Add 1/2 cup yogurt along with ground mixture and grind it once again.
Add This to chicken and mix well along with meat tenderiser and salt.
Add red color and let it sit it for 20 min in refrigerator.
Take a pan add oil and add the chicken pieces along with the masala and saute it very well.Then cover it with lid and let chicken cook.Once chicken is cooked open lid and make it semi dry and finally garnish with coriander leaf.
